Orders
We ship the orders within 1-3 working days, in the order they are received (during Summer it might take up to 4 working days, as we ship twice a week, not three times a week.).
The entire stock is always updated in the shop. If we are sold out, but your order has gone through, we will send you the yarn as soon as possible. If the delivery time is very long, we will contact you to make an arrangement.


Lost parcel?
If you´re not receiving your parcel please get in touch at hallo@pickles.no. As the mail in different contries seem to work at very different speed, and the parcels often stays in the custom duty office for a long time, we don't send you a replacement if it´s less than 6 weeks since your order. (Outside Norway) This is based on experience. To the US it might take a very long time at the moment, as the US Postal Service is sending all packages to U.S Customs and Border Protection for examination.

We print the address you have listed directly onto stickers, and it is the customer's responsibility to make sure the address is correct. If it is incorrect, we do not take the responsibility of replacing it if lost.

Shipping
All orders will be shipped with the Norwegian Mail. The shipping cost will be calculated at check out, according to Norwegian mail rates. We don´t offer tracking outside Norway.
Rates:
Within Europe:
up to: 300 g= $10, up to: 950 g =$24, up to: 2000 g= $29. We do not ship more than 2000 g overseas.
The rest of the world:
up tp: 300 g= $17.5, up to: 950 g =$40, up tp: 2000 g= $41

Payment
We are using PayPal or payment with credit or debit card. PayPal is safe and easy to use, especially if you make your create your own account. If you don’t want your own account, you can still use PayPal and pay with your credit card.

Extra orders
All saled need to be registred in our webshop for book keeping purposes, and we cannot add more items to an exsisting order.

Return policies
Any unused yarn in new condition that we still have in stock can be returned in exchange for new/different yarn. The customer will have to pay the shipping cost of their return as well as the new shipping cost. Please leave a note inside the parcel with what you want in exchange. We cannot put yarn aside for the customer before getting the return, but will email if the colour the customer wants is no longer available:
