Orders
We ship the orders within 1-3 working days, in the order they are received (during Summer it might take up to 4 working days, as we ship twice a week, not three times a week.). The entire stock is always updated in the shop. If we are sold out, but your order has gone through, we will send you the yarn as soon as possible. If the delivery time is very long, we will contact you to make an arrangement.

Lost parcel?
If you´re not receiveing your parcel please get in touch at hallo@pickles.no. As the mail in different contries seem to work at very different speed, and the parcels often stays in the custom duty office for a long time, we don´t send you a replacement if it´s less than 6 weeks since your order. This is based on experience. To the US it might take a very long time at the moment, as the US customs are going through all parcels from abroad searching for bombs.

Shipping
All orders will be shipped with the Norwegian Mail. The shipping cost will be calculated at check out, according to Norwegian mail rates. We don´t offer tracking.
Rates:
Within Europe:
>300 g= $8, >950 g =$18, >2000 g= $35
The rest of the world:
>300 g= $14, >950 g =$31, >2000 g= $52

Payment
We are using PayPal for now. PayPal is safe and easy to use, especially if you make your create your own account. If you don’t want your own account, you can still use PayPal and pay with your credit card.

Extra orders
All saled need to be registred in our webshop for book keeping purposes, and we cannot add more items to an exsisting order.

Return policies
Any unused yarn in new condition can be returned in exchange to store credits. The customer will have to pay the shipping cost. If you want to exchange your yarn to a different colour, you will have to pay for the new shipping cost.
NOTE: Yarn from the scrap basket can not be returned!
